I accept Pay Pal (you can use your credit card if you don’t have a pay pal account) and major credit cards as well as payments through direct bank transfer.
Items will be made ready for shipping as soon payment is confirmed.

 

I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems or issues regarding your order.
 
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Print on Demand Products done through our production partners:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Unique homemade items:
In case of damage through sending, please contact me as soon as possible after arrival, preferably in the following 3 days. Attach a picture of the parcel and of the item. Depending on the item the price will be refunded or a replacement will be made.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital items:
When you are purchasing a digital item, you will get a pdf file to download. You buy the rights to use my heARTwork and print it out as often you like for your personal use. Therefore returns can’t be accepted.

In case of dissatisfaction:
Please contact me as fast as possible and within 14 days after the arrival of your order and explain the need for a return. Only when the product is sent back to me i can refund the credit to the customer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date in order to receive a replacement order free of charge. For claims submitted later than one month and before 3 months we offer a replacement for half prize (50% on regular sale prize and shipping costs).

 

 

Most of our printed items are Printed on Demand and that’s why the delivery might take a bit longer. We are appreciating your  understanding and patience as offering products on demand helps reduce overproduction,

The printing process starts as soon as the item is ordered, usually it takes about 3-5 days fbut it can take up to 10 days for your item to be shipped out. Anyway we always keep you updated about the process.

We have printing stations in the U.S.A. and the EU for most of our outsourced products, (Some of the items are printed as well in Mexico, Australia and Japan and a few can be done in India.) Depending on the product and/or your location your order will be done (printed, packed and shipped) by one of our production partner.

Digital Items will be ready for download as soon payment is confirmed.

All Originals and Unique items are shipped from Switzerland in 1-3 business days after payment is received. Every item is carefully and properly packed and sent by Swiss Post. If you like fast delivery or prefer a special courrier please get in touch. Approximate delivery time to

Switzerland: 1-3 days
Europe: 4-8 days
Middle East: 5-10 dasy
Asia: 7-20 days
U.S.A.: 4-15 days

Please keep in mind that all International Post articles are subject to customs examination. Period of time for customs is not included in the indicated days for standard service delivery. I cannot take responsibilities for delays due to customs.

Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees.
